Overview

For this project, I was tasked with modeling, lighting, and texturing a swiss army knife. I was then asked to put some objects in the scene to make the composition more interesting. The scene was textured and lit with Arnold.

Texturing

For the table, I found a high resolution photo of a wood texture and then created my own normal map with the help of photoshop.

I made a label in Adobe Illustrator in addition to manipulating the logo placement to accomplish the packaging design of the box.

I found an old manual online so I used that to make the manual in the scene. I overlaid the instructions on top of a paper texture to give the manual more depth.
